Client log

Windows 2000, Windows XP, WHS etc

On the operating systems above, the log file for the client is found here:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SwitchKing

Please note that one or more directories in the path might be hidden and that you may need to change Windows Explorer configuration so that it shows hidden files and folders.

Windows Vista, Windows 7

On the operating systems above, the log file for the client is found here:

C:\ProgramData\SwitchKing

Server log

The log file for the server is found in the directory "Log", directly under the directory where Switch King Server has been installed. If the path hasn't been changed during installation, the log file for the server is found in one of the following locations:

C:\Program Files\Switch King\Switch King Server\Log

or

C:\Program Files (x86)\Switch King\Switch King Server\Log
