How do I upgrade Switch King Server and TelldusCenter?

Follow these instructions if you are about to upgrade Switch King server and/or TelldusCenter.

Check what version of TelldusCenter that is required for the version of Switch King server you are using or is about to install.

Upgrade Switch King Server only

1) Stop the Switch King services on the computer where the server is running (Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services)

2) Uninstall Switch King Server

3) Install the new version of Switch King Server

Upgrade TelldusCenter only

1) Stop the Switch King services on the computer where the server is running (Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services)

2) Stop the service Telldus Service (if you have TelldusCenter version 2.1.0 or later installed)

3) Install the new version of TelldusCenter

4) Restart the computer

Upgrade both Switch King Server and TelldusCenter

1) Stop the Switch King services on the computer where the server is running (Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services)

2) Stop the service Telldus Service (if you have TelldusCenter version 2.1.0 or later installed)

3) Install the new version of TelldusCenter

4) Uninstall Switch King Server

5) Restart the computer

6) Install the new version of Switch King Server
