Switch King Server updated to 2.0.2

Switch King Server is now updated to v2.0.2.

In 2.0.2, the plugin structure has been further developed. The installation package now also contains all plugins that have been developed for Switch King Server.
The plugins installed are found in the directory "Repositories/Plugins". Source code as well as binaries (ready to be installed in the server) is included.

Two examples of plugins included in the 2.0.2 package are:

• AutoResetValue
  Can be used with motion detectors in combination with TellStick Duo. If the Duo misses an "Off" from the detector, this plugin can be used to create an automatic "Off" value after a desired period of time has passed.
• WakeUpLight
  An example of a "Wake up device". Specify the name of the device, set the dim levels and the number of milliseconds a device should remain on a specific level. Schedule the device with an "On" event. Switch King will replace the "On" with the specified dim levels, making it work like a "Wake up device".

V2.0.2 also contains bug fixes and small adjustments regarding expiration time and how internal REST calls are handled.
