Android app - new GUI and support for Switch King Live

The previous version of the Android app has been on Market since summer 2010. When the app was adapted for Switch King Live, the user interface was redesigned - "White is the new black".

Inspiration has come from Switch King's iPhone app. Apart from color changes, the app contains the following changes and new features:

• Support for Switch King Live
• Device groups are now found in the same view as single devices
• Added possibility to expand/collapse a device group
• Added possibility to swipe to change view
• Bug fix for screen rotation

Please note that Switch King v0.8 is no longer supported.
