0.9.2 for Linux and two new plugins

Switch King v0.9.2 for Linux contains the same changes as the Windows version.

The two plugins made available are the first plugins that are using Switch King's built in plugin support (implemented in v0.9). Plugins are executed inside Switch King Server and can give quick response and a simplified installation procedure.

The plugins made available contains the following functionality:

• Possibility to execute script when a device is turned on, off or being dimmed. If a device is tied to a script, Switch King can prevent Tellstick from transmitting signals to the device. This plugin replaces "Switch King Event Listener".
• Possibility to merge data from two servers and present the data in the same REST client (Android client).
